“The Suicide Squad” (2021) was the second James Gunn film I got the chance to work on, thanks to the team at WētaFX. This over the top, gruesomely witty super hero film had some unusual characters, which made it a blast to work on.
I joined the production late to help finish off the film, however, I still had the chance to animate the hero rat character, “Sebastian,” the overly funny “King Shark” and helped with some finaling work on “Starro the Conqueror” (the star of the film). Also, I contributed some rat run and action cycles that were included in the hoards and hoards of rats attacking Starro.
